Founder & Executive Director of Psytatva

A Forensic Psychologist and REBT-certified professional with 8+ years of experience in psychology. Her expertise spans forensic psychology, victim counselling, behavioural and emotional wellbeing, police personnel training, criminal psychology, investigative psychology, and psychology within legal and justice settings. She also works in leadership, psychoeducation, professional training and awareness programmes. Her approach integrates REBT, cognitive-behavioural principles, behavioural observation, emotional regulation and solution-focused techniques. A passionate leader, speaker and educator, Arkita is committed to bridging psychology with mental health, criminal justice, policing and community wellbeing..

Paediatric Physiotherapist

Specializing in pediatric developmental rehabilitation, neuro-motor development, posture, mobility and functional independence, along with adult musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Her approach are child-centred, individualized and goal-oriented, combining therapeutic exercises, developmental facilitation, sensory-motor activities, manual therapy, joint mobilization, stretching, strengthening and functional training to support meaningful progress in everyday activities.

A dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Therapist with expertise in speech, language, voice, fluency and communication disorders in children and adults. She follows an evidence-based, patient-centred approach, using individualized speech and language therapy techniques to strengthen communication skills, confidence, and overall quality of life.

No. You can approach us with a concern even if you don't know what the underlying issue is. Depending on the concern, we may recommend an assessment, consultation, therapy or referral to another professional.
Yes. We provide psychological and developmental assessment and evaluation based on the individual's age and presenting concerns. The assessment recommended will depend on what we are trying to understand.
Parent involvement is often an important part of child and adolescent intervention. Depending on the child's age and needs, this may include parent guidance, psychoeducation, home strategies and periodic discussions about progress.
Yes. We provide individual psychological support for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress, low mood, OCD, emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, adjustment difficulties and other psychological concerns.
The first session is primarily about understanding. We discuss the reason for seeking support, relevant history, current difficulties and your goals. Based on this, we may recommend further assessment, therapy or another appropriate intervention. You do not need to prepare anything special.
No. Psytatva does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical/psychiatric assistance, please contact your local emergency service or visit the nearest emergency department.
